This work marks the migration of Graphic Syncretism to the traditional pictorial support, investigating the weight and permanence of information and desire. The figure, inspired by an erotic photograph, is painted in Oil over a background of textual collage, creating an assembled skin that is imposed on the media archive. The density of the paint on canvas transforms the iconography of desire into a lasting memory, exploring the tension between the gaze and the taboo.
